Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours, weekends and holidays excluded. Orders placed after 6 PM EST will begin being processed the following business day. As all jewelry is made to order, order may ship up to 7 business days after they are confirmed.

Chibi Jewels reserves the right to cancel any order due to issues involving merchandise availability.

DOMESTIC (US) SHIPPING RATES

All items are issued tracking numbers and signature confirmations and are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which typically takes 2-5 days to arrive, depending on your location. Expedited and alternative shipping options are also available - please email info@chibijewels.com for more information about special rates and requests.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES

Chibi Jewels ships worldwide via USPS International. The following flat rate options are available:

Rates and transit times may vary depending on the weight and size of the items ordered and the location to which the order is shipping to.

All customs duties, taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Chibi Jewels is required to accurately declare the value of all international orders on the relevant customs forms and on the included packing slip. Occasionally, customs delays do occur. The amount and types of duties, as well as other customs information, can be obtained by contacting a local post office.
